Description of the Internship

At Puratos we attach great importance to measuring physical parameters and surface characteristics of baked goods. Think about the break and shred in a Kaiser roll or the volume of a bread or cake, these inspections require expertise and craftmanship.

We are looking for a digital translation that quantifies these product specific parameters.

In collaboration with the R&D and ICT Team we challenge you to develop a user friendly and cost effective web application to aggregate data coming from specific hardware. This solution should be flexible in a way that data from different sources located all over the world can be gathered directly into a central data base. You will also process data like volume, height, width calculation based on the 3D images from the scanner.
